De studio is gelegen in De Parktoren, gelegen in Park Spoor Noord in Antwerpen, naast AP Hogeschool en nieuwe ZAS Cadix ziekenhuis. Op het 8ste verdiep heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. De gemeubelde open studio beschikt over een keuken voorzien van kookplaat met dampkap, oven en frigo - badkot met enkele lavabo, toilet en douche - bergruimte met aansluiting wasmachine (inbegrepen). In de leefruimte is een dubbelbed aanwezig, bureau met 2 stoelen en kastvoorziening. Via de leefruimte is er toegang tot het terras (8m2), grote ramen met veel licht. In deze studio een nieuwe warme vloer gelegd (2024), alle muren werden geschilderd en de studio is voorzien van moderne armaturen. De Parktoren beschikt over geavanceerde systemen voor een goede ventilatie, isolatie en akoestiek. Door zijn constructie maakt het gebouw ook slim gebruik van het daglicht.
Verwarming is gemeenschappelijk (met afrekening). Elektriciteit & water sluit je individueel af bij leverancier naar keuze.

The studio is located in the Park Tower, situated in Park Spoor Noord in Antwerp, next to AP University College and the new ZAS Cadix hospital. On the 8th floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city.
The furnished open-plan studio features a fully equipped kitchen with hob, extractor hood, oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom includes a single washbasin, toilet, and shower, and there is a storage room with a washing machine connection (included).
The living area is furnished with a double bed, desk with two chairs, and built-in storage. From the living space, you have access to a terrace (8 m²), and the large windows provide plenty of natural light.
In 2024, a new warm flooring was installed, all walls were repainted, and the studio is fitted with modern lighting fixtures.
The Park Tower is equipped with advanced systems for ventilation, insulation, and acoustics, and its design allows for optimal use of natural daylight.
Heating is communal (with individual settlement). Electricity and water are to be arranged individually with a supplier of your choice.
